In states across the nation, D R Horton has coerced, threatened, extorted and strong armed consumers into silence or brought them near or put them into bankruptcy.  Victims have been found in at least Florida, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada, and California.  Horton files expensive lawsuits and then sends teams of attorneys to tell vocal critics that they will be financially ruined if they pursue their civil rights.  Horton also uses and sends municipal police to intimidate these same critics.  As if local law enforcement hasnt anything better to do.....they should turn around and handcuff the management at D R Horton, "America's Swindler."
